It's my sister's 20th birthday today. I remember having a grand old time planning her eighteenth two years ago--Lady GaGa theme and all that shiz.
Gosh I feel old.
Bohol's Panglao beach
Any beach that gives me a pink sunset and a shore full of starfish is enough to make it my second favorite island, next to Boracay. I went on a Bohol trip and stayed at Panglao beach with my mom, sister, and friends last month. We had a blast swimming and looking for starfish and had a lot of fear-inducing moments when we thought we spotted some jellyfish swimming around.

Bohol Bee Farm
I think I have found my new happy place. Problem is, it's an hour away by plane.
I have always loved gardens and all things flowery and serene. It's pretty obvious why I fell in love instantly with Bohol Bee Farm. You get an awesome view of the blue sea while you dine on deliciously organic food. It also reminds me of my own version of the Secret Garden. Also, they have the yummiest home-made ice cream I've ever tasted. We went crazy over the ube, malunggay, and cheese flavors plus their home-made cassava cone, not to mention their squash bread with pesto dip and the wild flower salad.
