I've been consistently tracking my calories for the past week or so and I'm pretty proud of myself for maintaining a serious diet. However, with dieting comes a particularly strong craving for all things fattening. My weeks of surviving on tea and coffee have got me craving for some cocoa with rock salt and cheese.
Here's a pre-dieting me, all smiles and fat cheeks:
365 calories in a cup? I'll take it. Nothing an hour of jogging can't fix.
