It's officially my birthday month! I'm filled with bittersweet excitement, knowing I can no longer act like a bratty child at 23. Gone are the days when I can blame it all on being, somewhat technically, a "teenager "at 21 and 22. I'm nowhere near a financially and emotionally stable state of being most people expect they'll be at twenty three, I can barely manage to keep it together when immaturity calls. So yes, I think I'll start blazing my way to independence when I turn a year older in a week. Or not.
