Endorphins

I lost 4 pounds since my last weigh-in two weeks ago! I am so proud of myself. No, I haven't been to the gym and all. I just concentrated on following my post-surgery diet with tons of exercise and I can't believe it's working! Woohoo! This is a first for me. I usually relapse and binge on food and sweets after a week. Now that I'm seeing positive results, I only hope I have the willpower to continue doing this for...say, the rest of my life. Let's do this bitches!
